About Amora

Amora is a partner gifting store offering personalised Brick Portraits and Star Portraits as physical prints and framed prints. Our legal business identity and contact address will be provided before we begin accepting orders.

Using the website

You may browse the collection and contact us with genuine enquiries. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or interfere with its operation. Product availability and website content may change as the store is developed.

Our personalised products

The Brick Portrait is illustrated artwork inspired by your photo. It is not a physical brick set and is not an official LEGO product. The Star Portrait is personalised around a special date, place and names.

Images illustrate the style of our products. Your personalised design will differ from the examples. Colours may appear differently on screens and in print; product specifications will be stated on the relevant product page.

Your photos and details

You must have permission to use any photos and personal details you provide, including permission from others where appropriate. Please check spelling, dates, locations and instructions carefully. Do not submit content that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful.

Proofs and design changes

Both portrait products include a free digital proof before printing and unlimited changes until you are happy with the design. A proof is for reviewing your artwork; it is not a digital-only product purchase.

The approval process and any production deadlines will be explained when ordering launches. No automatic approval deadline is established by these terms. Changes after production has started will need to be discussed with the team.

Prices and ordering

Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The final product price, any applicable taxes, delivery charges and any valid discounts must be clearly shown before a future purchase is confirmed.

Checkout is not currently available. Browsing a product or sending an enquiry does not create an order. The payment and order acceptance process will be described before purchases become available.

Delivery and gifting dates

Delivery destinations, charges and estimated production and delivery times will be confirmed before ordering opens. No delivery date is currently guaranteed. If your gift is needed for a particular occasion, ask the team about availability before buying.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Cancellation and returns arrangements will be confirmed before checkout opens. Personalised goods may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right where the law allows. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

Contact us if there is a problem with your gift. Any resolution will be considered under the applicable law and the terms provided at the time of purchase. Nothing on this page excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Artwork and website content

You retain any rights you hold in the photos and content you provide. Sending them for personalisation allows their use for the purpose of preparing your design and dealing with your enquiry. Rights in the supplied artwork and permitted uses will be explained before purchase.

Website images, wording and branding must not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Chat and contact

Our AI chat assistant can help you explore the products, but its answers may be inaccurate. It cannot approve changes, cancel an order or issue a refund. Contact the Amora team for a decision or confirmation about a specific request.

How your messages and other information are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy. Amora's marketing services have not yet been set up, and these terms do not enrol you in a text messaging programme.

Changes and questions

We may update these website terms as Amora develops. Future purchases will be subject to the ordering terms made available when you buy. If anything is unclear, please get in touch using our Contact page.
